Original Book Illustration – The Lost Art

Whelan Galleries to feature rare original book cover illustrations by nationally recognized artist Patrick Whelan.

Laguna Beach, CA – Artist Patrick Whelan is scheduled to display approximately 30+ original book and magazine illustrations which will include cover art produced for the Nancy Drew series, Peter Pan, Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and Alice in Wonderland, plus many more. For the fist time ever, this select group of originals will be displayed all together, in one place for public viewing!

Whelan Galleries will open the show in conjunction First Thursday’s Art Walk in Laguna Beach, April 3rd and will run throughout the month.
